SALARY: $100,000 - $150,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Vulnerability manager will be responsible for delivering, executing, and managing all activities associated with Anheuser-Busch North American Zone ‘s Vulnerability Management program, which includes following standard vulnerability management process lifecycle to Discover, Assess, Prioritize, Report, Remediate, and Verify. This role requires the Vulnerability Manager to be technically skilled and experienced with vulnerability management scanning solutions and remediation strategies including patch management. The Vulnerability Manager will ensure work is assigned and performed by the designated vulnerability management owners in a timely manner and as outlined per the process. The primary objective is to enable service teams to reduce risk in their respective areas while maintaining operational availability. The Vulnerability Manager will also spear head initiatives to improve vulnerability management program accuracy and efficiency. This role will require the individual to understand interconnected network devices and the management thereof, including patch and change management solutions, cyber security threats and remediation of those threats/vulnerabilities. The ability to work cohesively with small teams, efficiently manage vulnerability related initiatives and team members, including the possession and professional communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to assess and prioritize security risks to the organization, and develop security strategies aligned with business objectives, considering risk tolerance and compliance requirements

  • Achieve excellence across vulnerability management related teams, manage stakeholder expectations and communication effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Lead cross functional teams of engineers, developers, and cybersecurity experts, fostering collaborative environment and boosting efficiency

  • Achieve excellence across teams and stakeholders through regular communication, feedback collection, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cyber security solutions

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of current trends of threat actors and new CVEs that are published to proactively plan mitigation strategies.

  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience implementing and managing security controls in cloud environments

  • Develop and track key performance indicators to continuously monitor vulnerability progress and success rates, enabling data driven decision making

  • Ability to assess effectiveness of vulnerability management tools currently in use or being evaluated for use, working with key stakeholders to implement best practices that support zone vulnerability management processes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or Engineering or equivalent required.

  • 5 or more years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably in Security Operations, Engineering or Systems Administration

  • 3 or more years’ experience in Information Security

  • Experience with Security & Governance, including SaaS applications.

  • One or more of the following Professional Security Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Secure+, OCSP, CCNP, CISA, CISM, CHFI etc. preferred

  • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies is required.

  • Knowledge and experience with tools like Qualys, Orca, and Axonius preferred.
