The Global Assistance and Protection (GAP) Local Project Coordinator will implement physical security standards in Accenture facilities. The coordinator will be responsible for managing small, medium and large-scale security system installation projects within the LATAM(Latin America) region. The incumbent will have the opportunity to implement Accenture’s security design standards and build the necessary support from the local stakeholders, vendors, and facilities team members. The incumbent will serve as an advisor for local access control, CCTV monitoring, and other mitigations needed to minimize risk.

The Associate Manager will report directly to the Global Projects Senior Manager and is expected to develop a close collaborative relationship with other disciplines like workplace/facilities, Corporate Real Estate, CIO, and more.

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering security projects in a complex corporate environment that values collaboration, independent thinking, proactive problem-solving, integrity, collegiality, efficiency, and continuous organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple security installation projects requiring planning and technical expertise for access control and CCTV systems

  • Review and fine-tune project plans, specifications, and local requirements/laws to determine successful project delivery

  • Review and modify proposed and as-built drawings to ensure Accenture’s security design standards are being implemented

  • Review cost/bid documents and equipment list to ensure it aligns with Accenture’s requirements

  • Troubleshoot possible technical and installation items

  • Act as a technical resource to local workplace team as needed

  • Support local workplace team in identifying security vendors and support them with maintaining security design standard

  • Coordinate and quality control work with security subcontractors (vendor management)

  • Assist with procurement and finance related issues within the area of responsibilities

  • Involved in moves, changes and office relocation/reconfiguration projects on behalf of Workplace to address security and safety requirements

  • Understand and support Accenture’s corporate Life Safety & Security Standards

  • Other duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to provide after-hours support, as operational needs dictate.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 of years of project management experience

  • A minimum of 4 of years of CCTV application configuration and operations experience.

  • A minimum of 4 of years of electronic access control configuration and operations experience.

  • Fluency in Spanish

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).

  • Experience with CCure 9000 and Genetec VMS and HID hardware

  • Interaction with all levels of personnel

  • Relevant Access Control/Security Certifications (CPP, PSP, ISMI or equivalent)

  • Solid decision-making skills in high paced environment

  • Ability to multitask priorities

  • AutoCAD experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. California $73,000 to $168,600

Colorado $73,000 to $145,700

New York $67,600 to $168,600

Washington $77,700 to $155,100
