Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician maintains industrial machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, hand, and power tools. This position involves moving, assembling, installing, or dismantling machinery. The Technician will troubleshoot problems and repair or replace broken parts as necessary. Key responsibilities include maintaining all operational equipment and facility infrastructure, facilitating process set-up and start-up as needed, and applying preventative measures to the building and equipment to reduce the risk of future problems. The role requires strict compliance with safety policies and active participation in improving the safety culture.
