Job Title: Customer Service / Deduction Management Intern

Position Summary : We are currently seeking a talented applicant to participate as a Customer Service Intern for upwards of 3-6 months. Applicants will work at our Global Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

Accountabilities : Customer Service, Deduction Management:

Focus:

  1. Resolution of Deductions – focus on shortages

  2. Validation for accuracy (all relevant paperwork and sku identification)

  3. Identify trends

  4. Credit input into SAP; Upon completion they will match the returns to the open deductions.

Required Skills and Experience : Qualified applicants should have skills with Microsoft Excel and some systems related knowledge / aptitude. Experience working with teams and with the ability to work with minimal supervision/direction.
