The Cigna Group Go To Market Product Strategy Sr Advisor in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director, Go-To-Market Strategy, the Senior Advisor, Go-To-Market Strategy will have a broad set of stakeholders, understanding each GTM motion and the customer and buyer experience and help identify insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis on how we launch and enhance our product portfolio. The Product Go-to-Market team is responsible for bringing innovative products to our employer group, health plan, and wholesale clients. The Senior Advisor, Go-To-Market Strategy lead is responsible for driving the adoption strategy of both new and existing product solutions including Encircle Rx, Oncology Benefit Solutions, and Clear Suite. This person will have GTM expertise, data analysis capability, and experience in developing presentations.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand, design, and deploy GTM strategies across the Product Team that can deliver value into the market

  • Leverage analytic and strategic thinking skills to help sales and account management sell and win in the marketplace by developing and presenting actionable insights

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Competitive Intelligence and Market Insights, Marketing, Intelligence, Sales and Account Management, and Sales Support to support product launches and enhancements throughout their lifecycle

  • Establish and maintain internal communication channels to align GTM, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional partners as appropriate

  • Share accountability for solution penetration and overall earnings contribution

  • Develop marketing collateral to support the various stakeholders of our solution portfolio

Qualifications & Experience

  • Industry experience solving business problems with bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred with emphasis on Business Leadership competencies.

  • Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex information and draw relevant conclusions

  • Demonstrated experience building Excel models and presenting findings (both written and visually) to internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to maintain strategic relationships and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Clinical, Formulary Solutions, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Client Leaders) to implement product solutions.

  • Proactive initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong detail orientation, organization, and management of multiple parallel projects with fluid timelines.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
