Compensation Range

Hourly: $29.30 - $34.60 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to assist in analyzing and evaluating industries, companies, securities, performance returns, portfolios and/or investment managers through fundamental and/or quantitative techniques. The main purpose of this job is to assist in analyzing and evaluating industries, companies, securities, performance returns, portfolios and/or investment managers through fundamental and/or quantitative techniques.

Essential Functions

• Monitor and analyze daily cash positions for accounts managed by the team. Communicate with portfolio management and trading teams of upcoming overdrafts or other account cashflows.

• Monitor and participate in trade entry, allocation, and settlement processes. Partner with internal and external resources to resolve trade settlement issues.

• Perform regular updates to portfolio management system balances, assist with building/modeling securities and produce report packages at scheduled frequencies

• Assist with the implementation of new system enhancements and identify and implement opportunities for innovation

• Identify process improvements, leveraging available technology and automation

• Maintain files with broker and custodian delivery instructions. Communicate changes with the Fixed Income team and other involved parties.

• Create and maintain procedures for all tasks performed

• Assist portfolio managers, traders and analysts with special projects

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 3+ years financial services, investment management, or related experience required

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $29.30 to $34.60 per hour. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
