Job Title: Program Manager - National Security and DoD Programs

Job Description

Seeking a growth-oriented Program Manager to support National Security and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. In this role, you will lead and contribute to a highly technical staff performing technical services in modeling, simulation, technical analysis, and agile software development in support of the U.S. Government research, development, and analysis. This opportunity provides a dynamic work environment with the chance to work with state-of-the-art simulation technologies, software engineering experts, analysts, and military Subject Matter Experts (SME). Currently, the work focuses on the research, development, integration, enhancement, and application of modeling and simulation capability and tools for both constructive and virtual simulation applications, with potential for growth into additional areas.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid role but mainly remote, this candidate needs to be closer to the office and go in on Wednesdays.

Work Environment

The team currently consists of 10 engineers, including 3 original members who started the St. Louis office. They work remotely except for Wednesdays and maintain a close-knit team dynamic. They value a manager who is very communicative, intuitive, and eager to help the team.
