Our client, a leader in the Food products manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Sample Entry Analyst to join their team. As a Customer Service Sample Entry Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance and Analytical Laboratories department supporting a dedicated team of professionals.
Job Title: Customer Service Sample Entry Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO (100% On-Site)
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Duration: 8+ Months contract
What's the Job?
Act as the primary contact for internal and external customer service inquiries.
Manage customer samples and project needs, serving as a liaison between customers and laboratory personnel.
Prioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing.
Assist customers in obtaining analytical data.
Receive submitted samples and service requests while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of related work experience.
2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
