SAP (Senior) Technical Writer (User Assistance Developer) (f/m/d) in St. Leon-Rot, Germany

What youll do

We are looking for a (senior) technical writer (user assistance developer) (f/m/d) to create documentation for Payroll Belgium, and strengthen our team of Payroll writers.

You'll:

  • Create product documentation (in English) for our Payroll software for Belgium

  • Work closely with the product owner, software developers, product management expert, and support engineers to understand the business processes and how the software covers them

  • Review UIs for usability

  • Research and define terminology

What you bring

  • University degree in technical communication or similar

  • The ability to think holistically about users needs regarding the software and user assistance, and to distil information from many sources into one set of clear instructions

  • The ability to create content in all formats

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • A working knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage
