What you'll do:

SAPs Globalization Product Management (GPM) proactively manages the globalization of SAPs product offerings in alignment with the overall company strategy. We enable SAPs customers to continuously run a global solution according to their local and country specific needs. As a Product Manager for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Localization, you will work on the strategy and execution of localization initiatives to ensure our solutions meet the needs of diverse international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer support to deliver localized solutions that enhance user experience and compliance.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development: Define and drive the localization strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM products, aligning with market requirements and business goals.

  • Product Roadmap: Develop and manage product roadmaps that address localization needs, integrating feedback from stakeholders and market research.

  • Project Management: Oversee localization projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of localized features.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand localization needs and regulatory requirements in various countries, especially focusing on Germany and the UK.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for localization-related queries, providing updates and managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

  • User Experience: Enhance the user experience by ensuring localized content and functionality meet the highest standards.

What you bring:

Experience: 3-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on localization and internationalization of software products.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, with practical experience in payroll and HR systems specific to Germany and the UK.

Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Languages: Fluency in German and English. Other languages are a plus.

Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform product decisions.
