What you`ll do:

Summary:

As an IT Solution Owner Associate, you will work in a worldwide agile team (level 3 support) and use your technical expertise to operate SAP's service and support solutions with the necessary reliability. From the IT Operation hub in St. Leon-Rot or Dresden, Germany, you will closely work together with the other hubs in Americas and APA. You can quickly grow in gaining expert knowledge on new technologies and root cause analysis and optimization secrets. We continuously adopting the lean agile methodology and touching new work movement ideas. If you proofed your expertise and skills already in level 1 and level 2 support teams, this is your opportunity to grow.

The Role:

You will operate, design, and develop systems, applications, products, services, and data to optimize and automate SAPs business processes to improve work efficiency. You will engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system/service/product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant, and high available operations. You will engage with the business in an agile way. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.

Key tasks are:

*Planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies

*Definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes incl. respective documentation

*Diving into new technologies like BTP incl. knowledge transfer within the team

What you bring:

1-3 years of work experience with SAP

Experience in SAP Technology (ABAP, Java, BO, BTP) and Strategy

Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams

Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way

Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking

To apply for an IT Solution Owner Associate, you should have some touchpoints to General IT technologies, not only from an application perspective. To apply you should be aware of the term SAP System Administrator. Probably you attended an ADM100 or BTP100 training already? Great, if you have already touchpoints with agile methods.

We expect an analytical approach, good communication skills and confidential dealing with customers and colleagues across organizational boundaries and cultural differences. English language fluently written and spoken is taken for granted.
