We are a full-service Design-Build company. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator candidate to join our team located in the St. John's Florida Office. This position is responsible for providing professional, general administrative support, office coordination, and reception services. This position may also support the Logistics Department administratively as available. This position will be approximately 25-29hrs per week from 8am-1:30pm.

• Two or more years in an administrative role.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.

• A high school degree or equivalent in the minimum formal education required for this position.

• Intermediate grammar and spelling skills required.

• Previous experience with processing on-line purchases required.

• Previous experience with event and meeting support desired.

• Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is highly desired.

• Valid Drivers License is required.
