Wage $13.50-$15.00 per hour

The Dairy Queen Coordinator, Treat Person assembles and presents completed treat orders, including stocking, cleaning and maintaining all customer areas in a clean, safe, pleasant manner and to all restaurant safety and health code standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers.
• Prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment.
• Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of chill area.
• Controls food production process.
• Clean work area, organize and stock needed items. Breaks down and cleans chill area thoroughly at the end of every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader.
• Wash counters, tables, trash receptacles; and gather trash, sweep, mop, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS

Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, and hand and foot coordination. Must be able to respond to various requests and commands, read order monitors, communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers, and handle food/drinks/treats constantly. Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time.
