Description As theStatewide Director, you will provide leadership, management, and direction for behavioral health service operations statewide in partnership with line of service directors and the senior strategy director. A diverse workplace An outstanding reputation Job Requirements: Baccalaureate required in a behavioral health science or related field from an accredited college or university and 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness, behavioral disorders or children/youth with emotional disturbances and their families OR An associate degree with six thousand (6000) hours of supervised experience as per state requirements. A valid Driver's License is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in program management, operations oversight, and/or project management. Able to interpret agency policy, state licensing requirements, and other regulations in the development, management, and oversight of service operations. Able to function independently in a variety of roles and settings. Able to interact/network with many different individuals from different interest groups, in a manner which encourages initiative and positive cooperation in problem solving. Preferred Requirements: Project management designation or certifications (Six Sigma, LEAN, CAPM, PMP) Experience with Minnesota behavioral health certificate and licensing requirements (CTSS, ARMHS, MH Clinic) Experience leading teams of mental health professionals and practitioners Experience managing stakeholder relationships and negotiating contracts with vendors, counties, and state agencies Experience working with an Electronic Health/Medical Record and/or CRM database Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
