Description As theStatewide Director, you will provide leadership, management, and direction for behavioral health service operations statewide in partnership with line of service directors and the senior strategy director. A diverse workplace An outstanding reputation Job Requirements: Baccalaureate required in a behavioral health science or related field from an accredited college or university and 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness, behavioral disorders or children/youth with emotional disturbances and their families OR An associate degree with six thousand (6000) hours of supervised experience as per state requirements. A valid Driver's License is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in program management, operations oversight, and/or project management. Able to interpret agency policy, state licensing requirements, and other regulations in the development, management, and oversight of service operations. Able to function independently in a variety of roles and settings. Able to interact/network with many different individuals from different interest groups, in a manner which encourages initiative and positive cooperation in problem solving.
