Description

We currently have an opening for a Property Manager in St. Cloud. The Property Manager will be responsible for answering phones and greeting tenants. They will help answer tenants questions and convey any issues to maintenance and management. We are seeking someone who has strong communication and problem solving skills. In this role, you'll handle front desk duties, coordinate maintenance efforts, and assist with resident inquiries while ensuring smooth daily operations across several properties. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, this position might be perfect for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Cover the front desk and answer inbound calls

• Conduct property inspections to identify and report maintenance needs

• Process and address resident work order requests, ensuring timely resolution

• Comfortable walking around the property, being outside

• Assist with lease-related questions from residents and provide necessary information

• Direct and oversee caretakers to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently

• Handle various ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support property management operation

  Requirements

Requirements for the position:

• Must have previous phone experience

• Must have strong customer service and problem solving skills

• Must have intermediate MS Office skills

• Property Manager experience preferred

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and conducting property inspections

• Ability to handle a mix of responsibilities, from front desk duties to managing work orders and supporting lease inquiries

• Strong communication and organizational skills
