This position is contingent upon contract award.

Bluehawk is currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and application of methods to identify, collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to build and enhance products, processes, and systems. This position will help accelerate the implementation of the NGA Data Strategy and crisis response to the community.

Responsibilities

• Work across the office enhances workflows in addition to creating efficiencies that result in greater productivity.

• Lead projects using advanced mathematical, statistical, and scientific techniques and principles to examine complex missions and operational problems and create insights from data.

• Support data analytics, data cleansing, analyst workflow efficiencies, and transformation supporting Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) capabilities.

• Apply statistical and analytic methods to support answering intelligence questions and mission requirements.

• Build lightweight analytic tools to visualize analytic outputs for intelligence consumers.

• Design methods and mechanisms to track, report, and monitor a set of mission specific objects to maintain custody of those objects for various orders of battle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in either Intelligence and/or space analysis.

• Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Poly or ability to obtain Poly.
