GEOINT Collections Manager - Junior - Cleared

Location: St. Louis, MO / Springfield, VA / Fort Belvoir, VA / Las Cruces, NM

Experience: Level 2, Junior (3+ years)

Required Clearance: Top Secret/SCI

Role Description

We are presently identifying candidates for the following position: GEOINT Collections Manager - Junior - Cleared. As a GEOINT collection manager, you'll help your client understand and implement the most efficient strategies to acquire the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications, you will help develop effective collection strategies that combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open source, to enable automated tipping and queueing models. You'll validate the information and apply collection analysis tradecraft as you work to refine further collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)-wide stakeholders. As the authority in your tradecraft, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in Automated Tipping and Queueing software modeling tools, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen

  • Active Top-Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application and willingness to complete a CI poly upon request.

  • Minimum of three (3+) years of relevant and specialized professional experience in GEOINT Collections tradecraft and analysis with a HS Diploma.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional GEOINT sources and tools to include, but not limited to: ArcGIS Maps; Maya; ArcGIS CityEngine; ArcGIS Pro; ERDAS; RemoteView; ArcGIS Pro; ENVI; SOCET GXP; and ArcMap.

  • Experience utilizing GEOINT collection management information systems

  • Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols

  • Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities

  • Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities

  • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic 24/7/365 environment as a team-member

  • Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches

  • Ability to liaise with partners across the IC and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred candidates should have completed relevant Formal/Advanced Military Training (Tech School, Advanced Individual Training, A School, C School, or other MOS/AFSC/Rate granting equivalent) or have a current GEOINT Professional Certification-Foundations (GPC-F).

  • Experience with airborne collection management and throughput

  • Experience with commercial collection management and throughput

  • Experience working with hyperspectral systems

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree a plus

    Work Environment

    Work is within a team environment and will be conducted on site in one of the following locations: St. Louis, MO, Springfield, VA, Fort Belvoir, VA, Las Cruces, NM.
