  • Manage EMR access, oversee comprehensive data collection efforts, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare quality improvement, with a strong grasp of HEDIS and other key performance metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or a licensed healthcare professional with management experience.

  • 5+ years of experience managing teams in a clinical setting.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Technical proficiency in data management, EMR systems, and reporting tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a licensed Healthcare professional with management experience.

  • 5 Years’ experience managing employees in a clinic setting or equivalent preferred.

General Physical Requirements

Physician Demands

This position is primarily a sedentary role, requiring the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. It involves regular use of a computer, including typing, viewing a screen, and using other office equipment.
