We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage our supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring that materials and products move efficiently throughout the supply chain, from procurement to delivery. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing relationships with suppliers, and driving cost-effective logistics strategies to support the company's goals and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, problem-solving, and leadership, along with a keen understanding of market trends, inventory control, and supplier relationships. What You'll Do: Oversee the day-to-day supply chain activities, including purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Ensure that goods are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company specifications. Lead, train, and mentor the supply chain team to ensure high performance and professional development. Monitor inventory levels and establish reorder points to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for improvements. Coordinate with logistics providers and manage the flow of goods, ensuring on-time delivery and minimizing transportation costs. Optimize warehousing and storage strategies. Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of suppliers and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services. Continuously analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements. Implement best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to align supply chain efforts with company objectives. Develop and train functional areas on Supply Chain AS9100 processes and procedures. Prepare and present regular reports on key supply chain performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and supply chain costs. Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making. Monitor supply chain risks, including disruptions from suppliers or transportation issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize impact. Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory standards. Champion sustainability initiatives within the supply chain process, such as reducing waste and improving energy efficiency. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (such as APICS, CSCP, or Six Sigma) preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in supply chain management software (ERP systems, WMS, etc.). Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis. Solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management principles. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent oral and written communications skills at varying levels within the organization. Must be able to qualify for and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance Why Us?
