Our client, a major high-speed manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting hourly workers. The ideal candidate will have Leadership, Drive and Organizational Skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Springfield, OH

Pay Range: 75-85k

What’s the Job?

• Provide training and leadership to hourly workers

• Ensure safe manufacturing practices are utilized

• Optimize throughput while minimizing waste

• Ensure KPIs are being met during production

What’s Needed?

• 3+ years of experience as a Supervisor in a high-speed manufacturing environment

• The ability to lead others and manage multiple priorities

• An understanding of Continuous Improvement

• The willingness to work weekends as needed
