JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle and process all customer inquiries and orders via phone, fax and email
- Direct communication with customers regarding applications and product features
- Act as a liaison between customer and all Cascade departments as needed to help ensure total customer satisfaction
- Recommend and provide quotations for Cascade products
- Enter and verify orders as placed
- Provide information on shipped, open and future orders
- Identify customer problems with Cascade products and attachments
- Recommend process improvements to increase job efficiency and accuracy
- Perform other functions as directed by Department Manager
- Periodic assistance in warehouse pulling orders, kits, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- 4-year college degree in relevant discipline required.
- Lift truck knowledge- Mobile Hydraulics/Lift Truck Systems preferred
- Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of customer and market requirements, and a passion for total customer satisfaction
- Able to work cohesively in a team environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
- Adept at making decisions with sound judgment, quickly and effectively
