+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | | General Description | | | +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | | The Interactive Video Teller is responsible for providing a | | | | variety of customer service functions and financial transactions | | | | via Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). Responsible for | | | | balancing each days transactions, verifying transaction totals, | | | | maintaining a strong working knowledge of all bank products, and | | | | performing a variety of additional customer service functions | | | | while maintaining confidentiality of customer information. | | | +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | | | | | +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | | Essential Duties and Responsibilities | | | +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | | 1. Processes all Interactive Teller Machine transactions via | | | | video interaction efficiently and accurately while providing | | | | exemplary customer service and representing the bank in a | | | | courteous and professional manner. Transactions are | | | | processed utilizing telephone headset, camera, and remote | | | | ITM equipment. This duty is performed about 40% of the time. | | | | 2. Responsible for answering customer and account questions and | | | | providing support for customers utilizing the ITM. This duty | | | | is performed about 30% of the time. | | | | 3. Completes all reports, department functions, special | | | | projects, and additional duties as assigned. This duty is | | | | performed about 20% of the time. | | | | 4. Ensures effective implementation of bank security policies | | | | and procedures, and completes annual training include BSA, | | | | fraud and security training. This duty is performed about | | | | 10% of the time. | | | | 5. Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and | | | | personal appearance. Reads, writes, and communicates in a | | | | clear and efficient manner via various types of | | | | correspondence, such as, in person, phone, email, letters, | | | | etc. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well | | | | as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws | | | | (including BSA/AML). | | | | 6.
