Job Summary:

The incumbent plays a vital role in supporting the President and Regional Leadership Team, ensuring efficient organizational operations. They excel in organizational skills, project management, project planning, team management, implementation, and project design. Additionally, they are skilled in researching laws and regulations, coordinating training sessions, and leading process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing team initiatives.

  • Coordinate project timelines ensuring timely completion and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with team members for project success and on-time, on-budget completion.

  • Utilize Project Management Software for efficient operations.

  • Generate and analyze reports as needed.

  • Support implementation of new programs and software.

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with leadership for workflow enhancements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

  • Stay updated on state laws and regulations.

  • Conduct legal research for accurate and timely updating of policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to policy development aligned with legal and state requirements.

  • Developing instructional content and leading training sessions.

  • Ensure timely distribution of training materials.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and maintain adaptability in a high-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Power user of computer applications including but not limited to: Project Management Software, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability and willingness to work with a dynamic leadership team to accomplish strategic goals.

  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and a commitment to the mission of the organization.

  • Flexible and able to multitask.

  • Willingness and ability to travel.

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding people and systems.

  • Ability to operate calmly in a crisis, relate positively to funding sources, other providers, employees, those we serve, families and the community.

  • Ability and willingness to "follow through" on routine and emergency situations.

Experience and Education Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience preferred.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
