You'll be working on implementing a new software product utilizing the latest technologies—an enterprise-level engagement and loyalty program designed to help our clients retain customers and deposits. Think earning points and shopping for rewards. As an intern, you'll be at the center of building systems that handle the preparation, installation, and confirmation of a successful engagement before transitioning the project to support. This experience will immerse you in the operational aspects of deploying and supporting a cutting-edge product within a collaborative team.
Program Details
Duration: June 2 – August 8, 2025
Location: Springfield, MO
Pay: $25.00/hour
What you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting in the preparation and deployment of our enterprise-level engagement and loyalty program.
Collaborating with team members to set up and configure software installations for clients.
Participating in the confirmation of successful installations and ensuring seamless operational readiness.
Supporting the transition of new deployments to the support team for ongoing maintenance.
Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and contributing to efficiency enhancements.
What you’ll need to have:
Enrolled at an accredited university.
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Program Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the duration of the internship program (June 2- August 8, 2025).
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship from Jack Henry.
What would be nice for you to have:
Academic or working experience with software deployment, system configuration, or enterprise software solutions.
Experience or familiarity with automation technologies.
A passion and excitement for cross-collaboration and group work.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
An interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
