Our client in the Office industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be part of the Accounting Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Springfeild, MO (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $19+ DOE

What's the Job?

• Process vendor invoices/credits

• Check for proper documentations and approvals

• Review sales taxes

• Code invoices with G/L account numbers

• Audit daily invoice production

• Expense audit

• Experience with Excel

• French fluency nice to have

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365

• Knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
