Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business SMEs and users to understand and refine business requirements, determining related impact analyses. (30%)
  • Translate business requirements into documented use cases, refining and maintaining the product feature/enhancements prioritization and tracking, and serving as the liaison between the business functional team and Product team. (10%)
  • Elicit new business requirements and envision improved service offerings. (10%)
  • Document and publish solutions to commonly reported issues, updating as needed. (20%)
  • Facilitate business stakeholder verification and end-user acceptance testing. Responsible for thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality, participating in release planning, and accountable for regression testing, unit testing, User Acceptance testing, and pre-launch testing/sign-off for new features or enhancements. (10%)
  • Serve as a top tier support lead for the Workday environment at Baker Tilly, responsible for overall operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday HCM module, specifically working on roadmap items related to compensation cycle, performance cycle, absence, and fiscal end. (20%)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree required.
  • Workday experience required; Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations) is preferred.
  • HCM - Core Certified preferred
  • Proven experience in product management or a related role, with a strong record of accomplishment of defining and delivering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Professional Services Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong Experience with Workday\'s FDM and HCM business processes.

The compensation range for this role is \$140/hour to \$160/hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location
