The Learning & Development/Talent Management Manager leads the strategy, content creation, and delivery/execution of talent development programs. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning experiences, leadership development initiatives, and talent management strategies that enhance employee capabilities and drive business success.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

Learning & Development Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objective.

  • Identify skill gaps and design learning interventions to support business growth and employee development

  • Implement modern learning methodologies, including digital learning, microlearning, and experiential learning

Content Creation & Program Design

  • Lead the development of engaging training content including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning programs

  • Ensure content is interactive, impactful, and aligned with adult learning principles

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Design and manage leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders

  • Implement coaching, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives

  • Develop career path frameworks to support internal mobility and talent progression

Program Delivery & Facilitation

  • Oversee the execution of learning programs, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and leadership offsites

  • Evaluate program success using metrics such as learning retention, engagement, and business impact

Performance & Talent Management

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive performance management processes

  • Support talent reviews and succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline

  • Leverage data and analytics to assess program impact and drive continuous improvement

Technology & Innovation

  • Manage learning technologies, including LMS (Learning Management System) and digital learning tools

  • Research and integrate emerging trends in L&D, such as AI-driven learning and gamification

  • Optimize learning delivery methods to enhance accessibility and engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

  • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or Organizational Development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

  • Certified in Gallup/Insights/similar tool

  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership development and upskilling programs; experience in digital learning tools and LMS platforms

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders

  • Ability to use data and analytics to measure learning effectiveness and talent impact

  • Experience with succession planning and performance management processes

  • Familiarity with emerging trends in corporate learning and talent development

  • Strategic mindset with a passion for employee growth and development

  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities

  • Innovative thinker with experience in modern L&D technologies

*The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$119,439.36 - $179,159.04
