Our client has a brand new opportunity for an Operations Technology Network(OTN) Support Technician to join their team onsite in Springdale, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform networking and security for device related computers and printers (i.e. manufacturing related computers and printers)

• Submit and update tickets for incidents, requests, and changes, in an ITIL-compliant ticketing system (ex: ServiceNow, or similar)

• Run security scans on the devices

• Manage VoIP phone requests (CBTS GCOM service)

• Install network drops

• Work in data room; perform switch, router, server, storage cabling

• Work on static Ips, subnets, VLAN

• Configure network cards

• Perform Ethernet cabling termination and testing

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience

• Experience doing similar networking in a manufacturing shop environment is a plus

• Experience with VoIP, data room switch / router / server cabling, network drops, cable termination, datajack wall termination is a plus

• Ability to troubleshoot network-related PC, printer issues (wired, wireless)

• Experience with fiber and fiber-to-Ethernet cabling (SFPs)
