We are currently partnering with a highly respected construction company based in Spring Valley, seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a meticulous professional aiming to broaden their accounting skills within the booming construction sector. The contract to hire position holds the potential for long-term growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate entries.

• Support the billing department by generating and dispatching invoices.

• Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and monitor any discrepancies.

• Collaborate with the accounting department to guarantee accurate financial reporting.

• Uphold organized and current records of all financial transactions.

  Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, billing, or financial reconciliation.

• Experience within the construction industry is highly desirable.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication skills and capacities to solve problems effectively.

• Strong team player with an ability to work well in a collaborative setting.
