HP Inc. Digital Business Development Manager in Spring, Texas

This position will be responsible for uncovering revenue opportunities, coordinating design, implementation and deployment of new programs that enable digital sales growth. The person will work with existing regional & global team members to own design and implementation of revenue generating programs and assisting in achieving revenue targets for these programs. Responsibilities will include reviewing the end to end web and on-device application environments and optimizing them for revenue growth, process improvements and customer experience. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong understanding of web analytics and digital customer journeys

  • Working with global and market-level organizations to help define the revenue generating opportunities and deployment strategy and timing.

  • Play a key role in the development of business plans working with cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery timelines.

  • Support the regional operations business plans to meet targets/budgets, cost plans and customer experience objectives.

  • Identify inhibitors and solutions to improve performance through regional contact centers and partners, ex. HP On-line Stores, Third-party partners, Channel & Marketing.

  • Scope of role includes all WW markets, consumer and commercial support segments for supported products and services.

  • Manage relationships across the ecosystem and provide executive updates to key stakeholders for Global project statuses and deployments.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First Level University degree.

  • 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.

  • Ecommerce/digital sales experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to present to Senior Management.

  • Demonstrate skills in project management, analysis, communication, scheduling, controlling and presentation.

  • Skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem-solving, managing individual and team productivity and dynamics.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change across functions; highly developed program management and change management.

  • Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.

  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.

  • Digital marketing or sales experience

  • Proficiency in Omniture/Google Analytics

  • Web or mobile application sales, conversion programs, and business development

  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.

  • Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.

  • PMP Certified preferred
