SUMMARY The Senior Treasury Analyst is a key contributor to the Corporate Treasury team with deep subject matter expertise developed in liquidity, interest rate risk, capital, investment portfolio and capital market risk management. This key position is a leader with ability to independently manage multiple projects, conduct analysis and present findings/conclusions/recommendations to Treasury leadership team, senior management and executive management. The Senior Treasury Analyst will lead tactical and day-to-day responsibilities related to one or more of the following: liquidity management, liquidity stress testing, capital management, capital stress testing, interest rate risk analysis, investment and portfolio analysis, and SEC reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory guidance, internal policies and procedures, tight controls, a repeatable process that optimizes technology and SOX compliance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned. Provides analytical leadership, project management and presentation development to assist Treasury management to meet strategic, tactical and daily objectives in following areas: Liquidity Management - lead in modeling and monitoring liquidity risk, various executive reporting packages and liquidity stress testing (LST). Capital Management - lead in modeling and monitoring capital risk, various executive reporting packages and capital stress testing. Interest Rate Risk - lead in development of Asset / Liability Management (ALM) assumptions, back-testing and various executive reporting packages. Investment & Portfolio Management - lead in single security pre-purchase and ongoing monitoring along with portfolio analytics for various executive reporting packages. Capital Markets - Lead in execution of balance sheet and client-facing derivatives and mortgage hedging related productions within organization risk tolerances and production on various executive reporting packages Work in alignment with FP&A in preparation of the annual operating budget, business case development and ongoing financial forecasting. Work in alignment with corporate accounting to facilitate various SEC and regulatory reporting requests. Develops junior treasury talent to create capacity, accelerate collaboration and develop future Treasury subject matter experts.
