Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in Spokane, Washington. The role involves supporting the sales team in their operations, with a specific emphasis on efficient order processing. The workplace is fast-paced and requires strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing pricing for furniture

• Creating quotes using the business operating system

• Checking the accuracy of specifications and pricing

• Placing purchase orders with vendors

• Attending staff meetings to assess and prioritize workload

• Collaborating with all office personnel as a team member

• Learning and using the business operating system, Team Design

• Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers

• Demonstrating strong time management and organization skills

• Processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficient in creating and managing Purchase Orders

• Demonstrated ability to generate and present Customer Quotes

• Proven experience in a Project Assistant role or similar position

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
