Amentum Database Developer/Administrator in Spokane, Washington

Join the Amentum team as a Database Developer supporting the Personnel Recovery Academy (PRA) and play a pivotal role in managing and safeguarding vital student and course data. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining databases that are integral to our operations. We offer a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain databases for the PRA.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

  • Manage scheduling, registrar activities, security clearances information for students/courses, training levels, class rosters, and certification records.

  • Collaborate with teams to integrate databases with other systems.

  • Provide documentation and technical support.

  • Contribute to related projects as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain an Active TS/SCI Clearance.

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field.

  • Experience in database development, with a portfolio of successful projects.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Office 365 (non-Cloud-based) applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

HIRING ANNUAL RANGE: $75 K to $90 K (Annual rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
