JOB REQUIREMENTS: Plant Project Engineer - R-30661 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Plant Project Engineer The Plant Project Engineer will: * Lead the plant effort to, organize, maintain, and prioritize the plant master capital project list. * Be the plants liaison to communicate any changes in plant priorities, and/or changes to the master capital project list to Corporate Engineering. * Work closely with Plant Managers and cross functional plant teams to identify annual plant MRO needs; and work closely with the Plant Managers to monitor adherence to budgets. * Assist Corporate Engineering and provide plant Engineering support for R & D and Corporate Strategic lead projects. * Manage internal and external resources, including the planning, execution, implementation, commissioning and hand off of plant lead projects. * Work with plant operations and plant/ corporate functions related to plant, Quality, Safety, Environmental, and sustainability projects. * Stay current on industry regulations, innovations, and emerging technologies. * Lead in the identification, development and execution of plant/ facility upgrades. * Provide plant Project Engineering technical leadership as needed to support ongoing plant operations.
