We are looking to bring on an experienced CNC Bridgeport Machinist to directly hire on to our team. What you will be doing: Operates and programs CNC Bridgeport milling machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires a great understanding of operating and maintaining a Bridgeport CNC Milling machine. The schedule is M-F | 6AM-3PM, can work overtime on Saturdays if desired (not required). Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC Bridgeport milling machines to fabricate parts and components, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances.

• Programming: Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming is essential.

• Blueprint Reading: Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements and processes.

• Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet quality standards. Make necessary adjustments to the machine to correct deviations.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, inspections, and machine maintenance activities.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
