Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role will primarily focus on the analysis of business systems, with a strong emphasis on SQL, ETL practices, and Salesforce administration. It is an onsite position in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to business systems

• Utilize SQL Server for database management and data analysis tasks

• Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) practices to ensure accurate data processing

• Administer Salesforce platform, optimizing its usage for business needs

• Collaborate with team members to evaluate and improve business systems

• Conduct internal audits and generate reports on business system performance

• Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching detail oriented and technical staff

• Develop and update technical documentation and procedures

• Assist in the implementation of new business systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, with a proven track record of managing and customizing Salesforce systems.

• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to write complex SQL queries and manage databases.

• Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with the ability to manage, design, and optimize data pipelines.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and processes to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Familiarity with other CRM systems and database management tools would be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
