Job Description

A client in Sparks, NV is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the construction of the new ground up Semi truck manufacturing facility. This individual will develop and manage a team to plan, execute and turn over Structural, Civil and Architectural work and the funding requests for new projects as well as execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved, They will also present project status to executive leadership. In addition to these duties, this individual will also perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs, quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions, and work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates. Additionally, each Project Manager will be responsible for specific focus areas, including Building Envelope/MEP, architectural fit-out/MEP or civil construction.

Annual Rate: $105,000 - $144,250

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (MS preferred) or related 10+ years field experience

Experience in one or more of the following construction areas: Building Envelope, Architectural fit-out, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) and/or civil

Experience as a Construction Manager on +100M industrial or commercial construction projects

Supervising steel erection, roof decking and other core & shell components

Knowledge of AISC, ACI and ASTM standards

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with P6 Primavera

Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met null
