WASATCH PALLET UTAH, LLC Office Assistant - Part Time in SPANISH FORK, Utah
We offer a great atmosphere, casual work environment and competitive compensation. Ideal hours are Monday-Thursday from 12:00pm-5:00pm and Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm. Flexible work schedule. Other hours as assigned.
$18-19 per hour to start, DOE.
Duties and Responsibilities: Take incoming calls from customers and vendors to assist them with account needs and transactions. Responds to customer and vendor e-mail inquiries promptly. Data and order entry. Basic accounting skills are needed. Other duties may be assigned at any time.
Qualifications: High school graduate and 2 years of experience in an office setting required. Preference given to candidates with accounting experience. Must be friendly, personable, professional, and service-oriented. Ability to work well with our team. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to think outside the box and solve problems. Ability to adapt to change. Ability to multi-task.
Computer/Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite; strong ability to learn new software programs as needed.
