What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

You will be responsible for all planning, directing, and executing the sales strategy in order to meet and/or exceed established sales and business goals for the CloudHealth line of product and services (FinOps). This leader will perform these functions within the context of Arrow's objectives, policies and procedures. (Size and scope decide level GM 1 and GM2.)

You will align strategic direction for business for assigned market to company goals and customer needs to build a rigorous business culture (ability to size and scope priorities in the city market, understanding competitive advantages and disadvantages and deployment of resources to grow market share accordingly)

You will work in partnership with Business Segment Leaders to formulate initiatives and programs that drive the local market's success.

You will lead, motivate and develop a diversified sales and support team that supports Arrow's value proposition to customers and supplier.

You will recruit, hire and mentor top sales talent. You will build succession plan for future state, make operational decisions including sales effectiveness, working capital that supports company goals on financial targets by leveraging appropriate support functions.

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

  • Providing leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff

  • Accountability for the performance and results of related unit

  • Development of departmental plans, including business and organizational priorities

  • Control of resources and policy formation in area of responsibility

  • Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives

  • Looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems

  • Developing plans and delivering results in fast-changing businesses environments

  • Providing input to functional or departmental strategy

  • Management of large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals

What are we looking for?

  • You have 15+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry

  • Leadership experience is a must

  • Fluency in English

  • Effective communication with people at all levels

  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships

  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

  • Understanding of the cloud hyperscalers market and finops practice is a plus
