Facilities Attendant - Office Assistant Main Office (MOS) We are looking for a customer-focused Facilities Attendant/Office Assistant to support facilities and office-related support to our main office in Southfield, Michigan. In this role, you will keep Sun's workplace in a clean and orderly condition. You will receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to respective team members. You will provide backup to the Doublewide Café and lobby as needed. JOB DUTIES 1 Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Collect outgoing mail for transfer to post office/delivery services. 2 Accept outside deliveries from logistics companies and ensure deliveries are taken to respective contact(s). 3 Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate requirements, place orders, verify receipt, stock items, and deliver supplies to necessary work areas. 4 Maintain office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshoot failures, call for repairs, and monitoring equipment operation. 5 Assist with moving team members when workstation/desk moves as required. 6 Performdaily general cleaning of all conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas; ensurethose areas remain presentable, organized and adequate supply levels are maintained. 7 Ensure hotel desks/offices are cleaned dailyand remain presentable for use. 8 Act as an ambassador for Sun's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 9 Serve customers and guests by backing-up reception area; answer questions, route them to the appropriate individuals, and provide exceptional customer service. 10 Serve team members by backing-up baristas to take and prepare beverage orders while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. 11 Perform print/copy/mail projects. 12 Other duties and special projects as assigned.
