Carnival Cruise Line Allergen Capture Project Manager (14 Month FTC) in Southampton, United Kingdom

In our pursuit of excellence within our Product Development, Planning & Insights Data Science department here at Carnival UK, we're seeking individuals who bring a wealth of knowledge and qualifications to the table for our Project Manager (Allergen Capture) position within the P&O Cruises team. Key accountabilities include

• Implement a robust product capture process through verifying all ingredient capture through an external provider in an automated process

• Provide a clear and concise rolling development plan with a regular progress update for all Key Stakeholders in order maintain a critical path of progression. Producing process flow diagrams and high-level PowerPoint presentations as required

• Working with IT System architects to identify best solutions and practices for food and beverage ingredient allergen data to flow internally, and then outwards to onboard systems that teams can utilise on order to communicate information to our guests

• Managing the project budget and producing additional business case as of when required for any additional funding

Position Requirements

Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for this role, but also a keen eye for detail. Your academic background and professional certifications will be the foundation of your role within our team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• IT project management experience, Prince 2 certification preferred

• Strong understanding of API links

Previous experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, F&B or in the cruise industry would be advantageous.
