Job Summary

Xylem is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a motivated individual who exhibits strong attendance and a desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Bottle Sorting : Sort bottles by size and resin type to ensure proper batching and quality.

  • Forklift Operation : Skillfully operate a forklift to move bottles and materials throughout the plant as well as load and unload trucks.

  • Resin Batching : Efficiently evacuate bottles and generate resin batches according to production requirements.

  • SDI Product Management : Oversee the complete processing of SDI products from beginning to end, including filling and quality testing.

  • Independent Work : Operate independently with no supervision, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Experience : Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Skills : Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Highly Preferred high school education or GED

DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, the working environment is a manufacturing environment, and the physical demands may include but not limited to Lifting (5-35 lbs.) manufacturing environment, regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility, regularly required to listen, talk to, and see employees on a daily basis.

Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. Actual starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions.

Salary range:

$39,500.00 - $63,000.00
