We’re looking for a Lead, Retail Brand Professional Specialty to join our Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Marketing team, based in Singapore. Focusing on the Specialty / Authenticators retail channels (Sport Performance Specialty, Neighborhood/NBHD and Runway (RNWY) Lifestyle Authenticators), experience with in-store and online retail brand communication planning, seasonal execution of consumer experiences and account relationship management are critical to this role.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As part of Retail Marketing team, you will lead the Specialty / Authenticators (Sport Performance, Neighborhood/NBHD & Runway/RNWY) channels’ retail marketing strategies and work on programming the seasonal direction and storytelling for store & marketplace partners. You will work alongside the channel marketplace teams to execute our brand priorities and push the edges of sport and culture. You will lead seasonal and non-seasonal retail brand & marketing development, agency briefing and providing direction for implementing execution across SEA&I.

You will be contributing to regular exchanges with multiple teams across Nike to share ideas, best practices, and learnings. You will also manage annual retail brand budget for Specialty / Authenticators marketing to maximize resources and deliver on time.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report directly into the Director of Retail Marketing SEA&I and will be a key member of the Retail Marketing team. You will partner with internal and external functional teams to cultivate retail marketing campaigns and improve brand and product storytelling to elevate our Specialty / Authenticators partners. You will work closely with Visual Merchandising and EKIN within Retail Marketing while partnering with Brand Management to answer briefs on our biggest brand priorities in collaboration with Energy Marketing, Digital Marketing and Brand Creative. You will partner closely with the SEA&I channel marketplace teams as well as Asia Pacific-Latin America (APLA) teams. You will manage agency partnerships and allocate channel resources to continuously evolve our marketplace offense.

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, retail or omnichannel marketing; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.

  • A sharp eye for design, a passion for the art & science of retail brand.

  • High interest or background in the cultural intersection of sport performance and fashion/streetwear lifestyle.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to leadership teams, both internally and externally.

  • Project management experience managing agency partners, vendors and budgets.

  • Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

  • Strategic thinker and idea generator with excellent attention to detail, coupled with analytical skills to gather business, consumer insights and apply learnings.
