Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Weekend Receptionist in South San Francisco, California. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Our industry requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage front desk operations during the weekend swing shift.

Responsibilities:

• Managing front desk operations and providing a warm welcome to visitors, including conducting temperature checks

• Answering phone calls promptly and with professionalism

• Processing and sorting packages

• Assisting in covering breaks and lunches for other staff members

• Executing data entry tasks with precision

• Distributing mail in a timely and organized manner

• Assisting clients with medication needs and checking them in and out of the facility

• Restocking day room supplies as needed

• Conducting facility rounds both indoors and outdoors for safety and orderliness

• Enforcing rules and issuing notices when necessary

• Handling food deliveries and donations. Requirements • Role: Weekend Receptionist

• No minimum years of experience required, suitable for entry-level candidates

• Strong customer service skills are essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones and printers

• Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Ability to work on weekends and handle the reception area effectively

• Must be reliable and punctual

• Basic computer skills, including using email and Microsoft Office

• Detail oriented appearance and courteous manner

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
