What you’ll do:

Essential Functions:

• Support the team in producing weekly forecasts.

• Utilise analytics tools and techniques to analyse supply chain data including past trends and forward forecasts.

• Collaborate with planning and operations teams to align and enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards and reports to provide real-time insight to stakeholders.

• Determine requirements for defining volumes and processes.

• Conduct root cause analysis to investigate supply chain issues across the central logistics function.

• Assist user departments with the training data.

• Participate in and occasionally manage project approved for the implementation of improvement of systems either wholly or for elements of a larger project managed overall by the Project Manager or Solution Architect.

• During projects be responsible for reporting progress including raising issues likely to threaten the implementation plan and an analysis of current and planned costs.

• Effectively manage the flow of information from Inventory Optimisation.

• Support projects involving data integrity and data changes.

Skills:

• Thorough understanding of problem-solving methodologies used in determining root cause and formulating corrective action(s)

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Familiarity with supply chain concepts, forecasting, inventory management and logistics.

• Strong strategic vision

• Understanding and ability to build organizational capacity.

• Knowledge of customer value and market focus.

• Collaborative attitude and ability to influence.
