Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Administrative Support:

  • Provide organized clerical assistance and administrative support.

  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring accessibility and precision.

Knowledge and Program Integrity:

  • Stay current with Nursing Program policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Contribute to program efficiency through an understanding of operational frameworks.

Efficient Coordination:

  • Attend meetings, record detailed notes, and promptly distribute summaries.

  • Coordinate schedules for various activities using Zoom and Teams.

Event Management:

  • Organize significant events like pinning and graduation ceremonies.

  • Facilitate on-site job fairs, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Compile student evaluations and generate insightful reports.

  • Maintain accurate data records for program assessment and improvement.

Professional Communication:

  • Interact professionally with students, staff, and faculty.

  • Effectively disseminate pertinent information about nursing programs.

Information Dissemination:

  • Disperse information about nursing programs to relevant stakeholders.

Autonomous Operations:

  • Operate autonomously with independence and proactive problem-solving.

  • Take initiative in seeking solutions and contribute to continuous administrative improvement.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational aptitude.

  • Engaging and outgoing personality, driven by a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Enthusiastic about learning and committed to succeeding in the position.

  • Self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and characterized by honesty.

  • Presents a professional appearance and maintains a courteous demeanor.

  • Preferred: Previous administrative experience in an academic setting.
