Insight Global Help Desk Specialist II in South Jordan, Utah

Job Description

One of Insight Global clients is looking for a Help Desk II Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for helping with any escalated tickets from the help desk team. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to work with System Administrators with task such as system and security management. This position is on-site.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience with service desk or systems administration

  • Experienced with Active Directory or Azure AD

  • Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Business 365 knowledge

  • Basic network administration experience

  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as powershell and bash - Apple, macOS, iOS, and Android knowledge null
