Position Title Senior Manufacturing Operator

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Operates as an established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Provides support for internal teams within Operations. Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Specific tasks and job duties of the position that are required daily:

• Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

• Is required to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and laws that govern their activities.

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Completes tasks to meet production targets of the Operations unit with minimal supervision, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

• Maintains front-line knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory issues (e.g., audit findings, CAPA’s) to efficiently manage tasks in accordance with internal and external regulations and procedures.

• Adheres to standard operating procedures and supports initiatives, daily planning, and key milestones related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical (new) products.

• Helps with day-to-day activities and resources and escalates any concerns or issues to leaders to maximize successful business results.

• Act on flow interruptions, monitor standardized work, and drive sustainable improvements.

• Takes ownership of personal training and ensures that all required training is understood and completed on time.

• Keeps record of process improvements to continually enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.

• Enhance a culture of belonging through trusting, divers, & inclusive relationships. Additional tasks and job duties of the position that are not required daily:

• This position assigns resources to areas, ensures flowchart adherence, escalates issues to the direct supervisor, monitors metrics and facilitates smooth handovers.

• Non-Conformance initiation with the correct and accurate information and leads first steps of investigation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• A relevant MBO-3 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience or an nonrelevant MBO-3 degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience.

• In both Dutch and English, the intermediate level is B1.

• The levels of computer proficiency are intermediate level for MS office, entry level for data analysis, and specialist level for business applications.

• Positive attitude, proactivity, decisive, independence, flexibility, and organized with an ability to work individually and in a team.

• Adapts quickly to new ways of working.

• Stress-resistant, continues to work calmly under all circumstances.

• Ability to work on a shift roster.
