Service Parts Coordinator

El Monte

$23.00-$25.00 P/H

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate service parts to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

  • Collaborate with various departments to procure required parts and materials.

  • Manage the order management system to monitor and track service requests.

  • Oversee the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) process to completion.

  • Follow up on RGAs to ensure resolution.

  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to service parts orders.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Must be flexible to assist with Weekend Service and available to handle last-minute and rush orders.

What’s Needed?

  • Proficient in industrial manufacturing repair processes and terminology.

  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Spanish fluency preferred.
