Job Description

Working as part of the Global Talent & OE team, this role will support the execution of Nourish’s talent strategy partnering closely with the HRBP, the COE, Regional teams, and BU Leaders.

This role will report to the Global Head of Talent & OE and will be based in IFF’s South Brunswick site. The position requires an individual with an analytical mindset, an appetite to learn, and the maturity in judgment, energy, and discipline to execute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively with the Head of Talent, COE and HRBP on the development and implementation of core talent development practices, programs and tools.

• Partners with HRBP and provides support for the execution of all talent management practices, including talent assessments, talent & org review, talent development and succession planning for designated BU globally.

• Contributes to the design & delivery of talent development initiatives, including programmatic & non- programmatic.

• Supports Data & Analytics team on creating metrics that matter, including talent dashboards and performing basic statistics and reporting to support clients.

• Develops and drives the execution of project plans related to talent priorities, practices and projects, including timelines, metrics, documentation, learning and communications.

• Responsible for building relationships and collaborating with Global Talent & OE COE, Sr. HRBPs, BU Leaders & key stakeholders.

• Researches leading and fit for purpose practices and technology. Makes recommendations to introduce new ways of working, content, programs and tools within IFF.

• Contributes to the marketing and promotion of HR/Talent initiatives to drive awareness and participation, where needed.

Job Requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably some Talent & Development

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Graduate degree, not required

• Proven track record in executing HR and/or Talent & Development initiatives

• Performs with a sense of urgency without compromising on excellence, with a strong commitment to achieving results

• Results oriented, alert and adaptable

• Exceptional consulting and listening skills

• Demonstrated influence management skills and can engage at multiple levels

Skills/Capabilities:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated strength with analytical and data visualization skills and tools

• Excellence in execution

• Collaborative and inclusive team player, with strong cultural awareness

• Effectively works with and across various levels and regions within IFF

• Highly developed skills in organization, prioritization and alignment of project goals

• Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals

• Additional language skills desirable, not required
